ERES nv has at its disposal a fleet of bitumen tanker of various tonnages, such that the most economically viable choice can be made for each shipment. Our fleet is active world-wide and maintains respect for the environment as an absolute priority. All of our ships adhere to the applicable legal specifications for maritime transport.

Present on the African continent
In West Africa, ERES nv has bitumen stored hot in liquid bulk in depots in Togo and Senegal. ERES nv operates a depot with a capacity of approximately 30,000 metric tonnes in the port of Lomé, Togo. ERES Lomé supplies bitumen by tank trailers and bitumen containers to Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Niger and by sea to Nigeria.
ERES nv operates a bitumen storage facility of approximately 6,500 metric tonnes in Dakar, Senegal. A fleet of bitumen tank trailers and bitumen containers deliver to road constructors' asphalt plants in Senegal, Mauretania, Mali, Gambia, Guinea and Guinea Bissau. ERES Dakar also fabricates on-demand cut-backs and emulsions.
Inland distribution
Efficiently to the end customer
Bitumen containers and bitumen tank trailers are the efficient logistical solution to transport bitumen in bulk to the sites of road constructors. Bitumen is transported to inland destinations through a reliable network of local transporters and forwarding agents. The ERES nv ISO bitucontainers with a capacity of 27 tonnes are easy to handle by a limited workforce, and offer numerous advantages over other logistics systems. Bitucontainers are re-usable and environmental friendly, they are multifunctional as storage and transport. As it is a hot product in bulk, the risk of theft is considerably lower, and the residue is very limited. The reheating on site by gasoil burners, delivered free of charge, is an easy, economical and fast solution. No electricity and additional handling and discharge equipment is necessary. For certain destinations, distribution in insulated tank trailers can be considered.
